Self Portrait Photshop/Illustrator

I used a photo of myself that I scanned into Photoshop and created a self portrait in Illustrator. I used several Illustrator tools and techniques including the brush tool, pen tool, and probably most importantly, the proper usage of layers. I also needed to incorporate a typeface that began with the letter "Z" into the design. I chose Zapfino for it's beautiful  strokes and balance.
